Sunday, July 5, 2015 - Bought this to try as I'd always heard good things about this Louis/Dressner Chablis producer and it was shockingly good. Dry with bracing acidity that jump starts the palate and the flavors and mouthfeel that excellent Chardonnay brings without need for new oak.
Excellent with grilled striped bass and with raw Wellfleet oysters.
No hurry to drink.
