Saturday, December 22, 2012 - Tasted over 2 days. The first day, this was very tight, tannic, and was dominated by the spicy oak. On the second day, this opened up and gained considerable weight, showing a lot of very young and primary fruit, but still retaining the tannins and in good balance. This one's gonna need some time to show its best, but it's pretty darn good now with lots of air.
