Monday, May 6, 2013 - Like the previous bottles I've opened, this was reticent and showing a lot of oak spice the first day opened. Unlike the previous bottles, leaving it overnight did not really open it up at all. Overall, it was enjoyable, but not up to the usual great experience I get from Carlisle syrah.
