Wednesday, May 8, 2013 - Stewed fruit nose. Sweet/tart blues and blacks. Light pepper spice, earth. Medium to low acidity, drying tannins. Not bad, but I just don't see enough stuffing for this wine to be much more than a good daily drinker down the road. Well made, but good, not great.
Day 2 not much different than day 1. A little more smoked meat.
