Thursday, February 19, 2015 - Aromas of dark fruit, beef jerky and a bit of pepper. The palate largely matches: fruit initially, then a spicy/peppery midpalate than a somewhat lengthy beef jerky/soy sauce finish. Quite tasty, light+ acid/tannins. Drinkable now but I look forward to seeing where it goes the next few years.
