Saturday, November 6, 2021 - Plummy, cherry nose. Pleasant cherry fruit, roast meats, black pepper. Fine tannins, nice acidity and balance. Finishes long and dark fruited with some spicy notes. A tad hotter than I prefer, but not a big problem. Nice enough at this point but a bit further along than I would have hoped for at 11 years after vintage. Throwing a lot of sediment. Drink up.
