Saturday, March 9, 2019 - Recording this two weeks after the fact. I let it breathe for 4 hours before drinking. A dense, chewy wine w/some notes of spice and licorice. Almost like a very dense pinot noir. Consumed in Feb 2018 w/similar notes.
