Thursday, June 30, 2022 - By the bottle at Le Petit Alep in Montreal. Needs to breathe for sure but once it opens up it’s quite nice. Very Burgundian nose, cherries, sous bois, slight baking spices. Palate is perfect, sour cherry, brambles, intensity, beautiful balance and good length. Decant this bad boy and pair it with some lamb or sausages (or anything really). Delicious stuff.
