Friday, July 5, 2013 - Light gren-yellow that catches the light nicely. Nose of green apples with a bit of pear. Notes of toasty vanilla that speak to well-integrated oak, green apple, and quince. The texture is almost feathery light yet buttery. This is excellent stuff, but probably not built for the long-term. Solid 91.
