Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - Brought to Roux for dinner. This was drinking very nicely. Dark fruits, substantial body, and nice mouthfeel. There are some hints of secondaries, but this is primarily fruit driven. As such, it's not that complex but it is delicious for what it is. No hurry to drink the other two, but also not clear to me that this will really improve. Should drink other bottles in the next couple of years.
