Wednesday, May 20, 2015 - I'm not very good at this but here goes....sour cherry with a bit of oak on the nose. After 30 mins to let it breath, it's got some great weight (not heavy) and I get this fascinating cedar wood component on the mid-palate. Really interesting Pinot Noir.
