Monday, April 15, 2024 - Beautiful amber in the glass.
Layered, expressive nose with dried and cooked apples, spiced honey and shaved hazelnuts.
Just wonderful on the palate. Vibrant, with lovely interplay between acidity and sweetness. Mouth-coating intensity with a persistent, honeyed finish.
Drink now or hold.
