Saturday, February 16, 2013 - 85% sangiovese with colorino,canaiolo and merlot. Cherries and freshness on the nose and palate. A touch of oak, just enough acidity to make it mouthwatering and refreshing, but avoiding the overpowering acid that some sangioveses can have. Very well integrated tannins, very moreish.
