Thursday, November 14, 2013 - Quite young. shy nose, revealing a bit of red cherry, dusty aromas of forest floor and hay. Showing red cherry, black cherry, on the palate. Very tannic at this stage but begins to soften after an hour of drinking. A little hot as well. Can be drunk now, but requires further development.
