Monday, December 3, 2018 - This was a great, unexpected drinking experience. This was not an in-your-face syrah, and bore no resemblance at all to anything from Australia or even the Rhone. Had a burgundian quality, with red berries and bracing acidity. But there was enough concentration, length and flavor to keep me interested over the course of the evening.
