Wednesday, May 5, 2010 - Medium-gold color. Pretty nose of sweet hazelnuts, grapefruit and minerals. This in a really good place now with lovely hazelnut and lemon oil fruit and a lovely spicy, minerally complexity on the sappy, concentrated finish. This really surprised me tonight and was a wow wine with the crowd at dinner. Superb with no signs of pre-mox but it's perfectly mature and ready.
