Friday, November 20, 2020 - I didn't really note the particulars but just drank it with great pleasure with fillets of turbot and various vegetables, some of which might have made a chablis ill at ease, thinking that it is really a long time since I have had a white burgundy of such quality: harmony, balance, body and the sheer excitement of the German riesling acidity.
