Glass: Champagne flute
Color: light golden yellow
Nose: medium intensity, yeat, Brioche, almonds
Palate: dry (extra brut), Brioche, nuts, freshness
Finish: medium+, verly long Perlage
Even for me as a Champagne ignorant this was good stuff.
