Saturday, May 23, 2015 - Delicious, amazing at this price. Similar to my last tasting, perhaps a bit more fullness in the mouth but otherwise still a artistic balance of fruit, freshness and acid, with a long satisfying, complex finish. Pair with summer food (tonight it's white fish in parchment paper with summer vegetables). I can imagine it lasting 5 years, and even longer, but it is wonderful now.
