Saturday, September 22, 2018 - Bright ruby red color and medium bodied, with This ethereal aroma that is both floral and savory with fresh cherry blossom, tea leaves, Asian spice and juniper (to me not exactly mint and not exactly forest). Great texture, acidity and smooth tannic structure at 7 years old. Bright cherry fruit and warm spice greet the palate. Long, pleasurable finish. Wow. Highest recommendation.
