Saturday, May 16, 2009 - What a treat with Bryans Kobe style aged strip. Dark red color with minimal bricking at the edge. Fantastic nose anybody who says California wine will not develop tertiary characteristics should stick their nose in a glass of this. Cedar and red fruit. The palate is also wonderful very sweet for a 25 year old wine, in a good way. Tannins are resolved and bright red fruits predominate. Finish is medium. Nice experience.
