Saturday, February 25, 2012 - Dark nose of mocha, spicy cranberry, and bramblyness. I imagine this will smooth out with time, but was a bit blocky on this night. The fruit was muddled and had some floral notes with tough tannins on the finish. This just seemed a bit boring and will probably gain some complexity with time.
