93 Points

Monday, June 2, 2014 - Certainly not the best of the prestige cuvees, but for a year that appears to be quite mediocre, this was quite alright. Very nice, long finish that had powerful concentration. I dislike that Roederer rushes its champagne to market and doesn't give it more time either on the lees or in the bottle. Maybe with more time this will be great, but it's certainly not drinking as well as the 2004 Dom Perignon is now. Indeed, I found the 2007 Roederer vintage to be better. 93+
