Thursday, June 11, 2015 - Nose is a bit shy, showing rubber, white flowers, touch of gunpowder, lemon drops, pear and sweet exotic ripe fruits.
Palate is young and undeveloped, not very expressive at this stage, showing chalky minerals, clean fruit (mainly red apples with some lemons and grapefruit), medium+ acidity, with a fine elegance.
Still a baby that needs another minimum 5 years to put on some flesh before fully ready to enjoy.
