Saturday, October 31, 2015 - Have been drinking this a glass a time over 6 days. Champagne stopper/fridge. On the 6th day it is perhaps even better than the first 3!!. Has mellowed its high acid tone entry and now the great breadth of the fruit in the middle palate fans out for a great champagne experience. Apple, a little cumquat, just great.
