Thursday, December 31, 2015 - Popped and poured on New Year’s Eve. No formal notes (or score), but this is very good. Nice nose, effervescence, flavor, and finish. Is it a bit overpriced for the quality? Perhaps. But who cares about that when the point is a nice celebratory Champs? On that front, the Cristal delivered in spades.
