Sunday, February 14, 2016 - thoroughly enjoyed it, it is full flavor but light great bubble structure, no real fruit nose, but great with russian caviar, Just could not keep my hands off even though it should lay around for a nother couple years. We had a taste test with a 94 DOM. Cristal was superior, but not a good test, the Dom cork did not expand after opening. just can't buy Dom at Costco,
