Saturday, February 20, 2016 - Scent: Deep and complex aromas of apple, plum, lemon, caramel and a bit of bread.

Taste: apple, plum, lemon, caramel, tons of bread and even a hint of chocolate in the background.

Comment: My personal favorite of all champagnes. Louis Roederer surpasses once again themselves. Will be interesting to see if 07 can reach the same quality.
