Sunday, December 17, 2017 - Pre-Christmas Sunday Lunch Gathering of Friends (Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong): Light hay gold. Muted nose trending to the brioche end of the spectrum, saline and ozone. Palate is refreshingly briny sea breeze, crushed oyster shells, minerals on the flinty side. Really zippy and refreshing. Young but gorgeously refreshing and will put on weight with 3-5 years’ age. Has come on a lot since I last drank it two years ago. 92 for now.
