Wednesday, January 17, 2018 - There is something about Cristal 2006. It is chisled marble flecked with gold, with a little white peach. It IS pure. I have drunk 2009, 2011 Rosé, 2008 BdB, and plenty of NV from the Roederer stable lately, they are all plush and inviting, and super delicious in their own ways. This Cristal stands alone as a chisled stone sentinel, a haunting stone sentinel.
