Sunday, May 6, 2018 - Still very young but acidity is wonderfully in balance. Light gold, has energy, you want to drink this! Beautiful fine bubbles, delicate nose of golden apple, lemon, brioche but ultimate freshness. Lovely now but should get a lot more interesting in a few years time and merit an even higher score!
