Friday, January 3, 2020 - Medium gold color. Fine bubbles that vanished in the glass a bit too quickly for my liking. Apple juice on the first nose but went away in a few minutes. Coffee, honey and nougat. Pleasant nuttiness on the finish. Very dry. Not much fruit here... I suspect a bit a oxydation. Quite good nonetheless.
