Wednesday, September 9, 2020 - My best bottle of this so far. Lots of mousse and intense bubbles. Dark lemon. developed nose. Lovely apples which made us think chardonnay based, but its actually 55% pinot. Quite a substantial wine indeed, and I thought oxidative in style like a Selosse. Great champagne. From Gim
