Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Tasted four 2006s (Cristal, BS Nicolas Francois, Dom Perignon, Comtes de Champagne - in that ranking order); common for all is a light whitish color, freshness, crispness and citrus; Cristal "the winner" with fresh light mellow citrus, intense and fiery; long aftertaste with some vanilla; really good
