Monday, June 21, 2021 - Monthly Boys' Wine Night - Champagne & Old Bordeaux (Island Room, Hong Kong Country Club, Shouson Hill, Hong Kong): First of a case. Light hay gold. This has opened up a lot since I last drank it in 2017....it has filled out on the nose with a brioche end of the spectrum, but still retaining saline and ozone. Palate has a lovely texture and is quite open by Cristal standards. Very precise.....fine and long.
