Tuesday, July 11, 2006 - Bright and clear, the wine showed no signs of ageing and was almost clear. The nose was lemons and grass which followed through on the palate but with a lime character and clear notes of elderflower. Good acidity and off-dry, green apple flavours washing around to leave a very refreshing feeling that really lasted. However, slightly lacking in the mid palate leaving a nagging doubt that this was not quite the complete package. Reasonable vfm at £8.50 and a wine to try again in future.
