Polished texture with a long finish - Fabulous, silky smooth Cab with long finish and well resolved tannins. PnP nose was very pleasant with clear fruity overtones. Initial tasting was fruity on front, very smooth and luxurious on the mid with hints of chocolate and long pleasing finish. A hint of unresolved tannin gave the finish a very minor bitter taste. However, after decanting, this was gone and you are left with an excellent experience. I would recommend drinking now!
