Thursday, October 11, 2012 - Definitely a wine that stands up to a charcuterie plate or a nice steak. Nice blend of Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Earthiness with leather. This wine will age really well. Stashing some in the cellar.
