Sunday, September 24, 2023 - Aged Reds dinner - Savoury Roast Pork Tenderloin with mushroom ragout, rice pilaf and sautéed green peas and leeks. Muga was decanted for ~45 mins. Poured after a 99 La Mondotte. Fresher and more polished than the St Emilion. Great medium-plus weight and a lingering, energetic finish. Great value, considering this was followed by a 91 Solaia.
