Friday, August 10, 2012 - Medium(+) ruby, narrow slow-moving tainted legs. Medium developing aromas of red fruits, cherries, vaniilla, leather. Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, tannins and body. Full of red fruit flavours with dried plum/cocoa notes. Crunchy texture, good balance. Medium dry finish with integrated tannins, supported by the fruit acidity. With beef shank stew.
