Sunday, May 5, 2013 - Tasted immediately after opening. Earth, cherry and cinnamon nose. Soft cherry fruit, oak and spice flavor. Nice fruit. Noticeable yet not overly obtrusive tannins. Very good and an excellent match this evening with tortilla soup.
