Tuesday, June 18, 2013 - Medium to full body, dark ruby red, aromatic, cherry and blackberry, tobacco, leather, smoked wood and species aroma, black currants, pepper, species, vanilla, oaky, minerals on the palate, juicy on finish, long finish, bold, rich, satiated, juicy, well balanced, complex, nice acidity, highly tannic now – need time for integration. Well associated with chicken and grilled vegetables or fat white cheeses or chicken liver or paella. Serve to 18º - 22º, open two hours in advance. Enjoyable now but (very tannic) need two years cellaring in bottle. Drink from 2015 during five/seven years.
