Sunday, December 29, 2019 - Lovely floral bouquet mostly roses on the nose.
Sour cherry casis and blackberry is the fruit in my pallet with vanilla pipe tobacco from the wood. It is nicely tannic with a crisp acid to clean the pallet.
Really nice wine. I don't know if it will improve much more in the cellar in my untrained opinion.
