Slight hint of acidity to start, but it went away. Just gorgeous, light, elegant, smooth, long, balanced. Very compelling. Went beautifully with flounder.
2nd bottle, summer 2016:
IIRC fine but not so great. Both bottles were bought at the same restaurant.
