Thursday, March 28, 2013 - Light gold, with tons of fruit here, pear and peach, mostly, unless you serve it too cold. For some reason people think this wine is sweet but there's next to no residual sugar. Enough tartness to keep it fresh, a bit of stone, and a little asparagus. Short finish.
