Saturday, March 16, 2013 - A nicely balanced well rounded and elegant sancerre. Lovely gooseberry with gentle citrus acid background. A very enjoyable wine. Despite the elegant and softer roundness of flavour it stood up beautifully to spicy asian dishes.
