Saturday, December 9, 2006 - Light strawberry color with clear edges. Very mild aroma containing melons, strawberries, and pineapple. Minerals appear in the initial taste with alcohol and a slight bitterness coming through in the evolution and moderate finish. Overall, not as appealing or complex a rose as I had anticipated.
