Thursday, March 15, 2007 - TB: Popped and decanted for about an hour and a half before dinner consisting of baked salmon with squash and zucchini. Bright, light marroon color with no bricking. Nose showed a dark fruit profile including blackberry, black cherry, and touch of nutmeg. Palate shoed a nice mouthfeel with black cherry and nutmeg. Fairly complex wine. This is drinking very well with some air time.
