Friday, December 9, 2022 - Dark garnet in color lightening towards the edge, but no signs of bricking. Dried cherries, raisins, mushrooms, forest floor, and cocoa powder on the nose. Cherries and pepper on the palate. Long, peppery finish. Always love Ridge!!
