Friday, September 17, 2010 - Lemon yellow in the glass and still very sweet and thick. This is almost like drinking some sort of lemon custard concoction! Nose seems to be advancing with a slight hint of Durian mixing in with other tropical notes and some minerality. Great balance if a little rich and it seems as though this could keep going on as long as the cork holds.
